Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy based on Adlerian theory, is a person-centered approach that aims to help clients understand their goals, motivations, and social connections to promote personal growth and self-awareness.
Therapy focuses on uncovering an individual’s “lifestyle”—a pattern of beliefs, behaviors, and values shaped in childhood that influences their actions and relationships. Through this process, clients identify their core life goals and assess how these align with their personal values and social interest.
There is extensive work with client’s earliest memories, which provide insight into how the person has historically shaped their “private logic” or unique interpretation of reality. After identifying and reshaping these beliefs, we aim to set healthier behaviors, perspectives and goals that contribute to a more fulfilling life.
Couples therapy
Adlerian couples therapy is a relationship-centered approach that helps partners improve their connection, resolve conflicts, and develop a shared sense of purpose and belonging. Each partner has a unique set of goals, values, and beliefs that influence their behavior in the relationship.
I help couples understand these influences and explore how each partner’s personal goals impact their interactions and expectations. By identifying power imbalances or patterns of dominance that may cause resentment, we work to cultivate a more balanced and respectful dynamic.
Along the therapeutic process couples develop skills to listen actively, express themselves honestly and recognize each other’s strengths and contributions. Couples therapy encourages couples to set realistic goals while supporting their commitment to personal and relational growth.

Group therapy
Adlerian group therapy emphasizes the importance of social connections, mutual respect, and personal growth promoting a collaborative and encouraging atmosphere. In group therapy, participants experience a supportive space where they can feel connected and valued, which is foundational to building self-confidence and reducing feelings of isolation.
In the group setting, members are encouraged to try new ways of expressing themselves, dealing with conflict, and improving communication skills. This form of therapy helps individuals develop healthier social skills, gain a clearer sense of self, and create lasting, positive changes in their lives.
